• Buyers have the opportunity to set their own fees for our Agent services. Agent's have the right to refuse to represent any client.
• We strongly recommend that all agents are entitled to get paid for their work and services. Our agency supports the right to earn a living. 
• Seller's are not obligated to pay our office any fees unless we obtain a written consent from sellers and their agents.
• This office disagrees with the ruling of the lawsuit and believe that any and all work or services needs to be compensated!
